Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Kannada, I often use humour in my sessions to help break down barriers between clients and therapists, finding it a valuable tool for creating a comfortable environment. I tailor my therapeutic approach using CBT, Gestalt therapy, and mindfulness methods to meet each client's needs best. I’m also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and am committed to ongoing professional development through various training opportunities. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and experimenting with Indian food recipes whenever I can.
