Charan brings over ten years of experience in product operations and strategy across a number of industries. With a passion for enabling digital health solutions, Charan recently led the virtual care product portfolio at a major Canadian healthcare solution provider, with a focus on establishing product strategy and partnerships. Prior to this, she worked for a major Canadian bank in a variety of strategic and operational roles. Becoming a new mother during the pandemic, Charan realized how critical a need there was to address mental wellness and enabling accessible care. Charan is passionate about giving back in her community and globally. A lifelong learner, Charan holds a BSc. Kinesiology, as well as a Masters of Health Science in Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health.
