Charan brings over ten years of experience in product operations and strategy across a number of industries. With a passion for enabling digital health solutions, Charan recently led the virtual care product portfolio at a major Canadian healthcare solution provider, with a focus on establishing product strategy and partnerships. Prior to this, she worked for a major Canadian bank in a variety of strategic and operational roles. Becoming a new mother during the pandemic, Charan realized how critical a need there was to address mental wellness and enabling accessible care. Charan is passionate about giving back in her community and globally. A lifelong learner, Charan holds a BSc. Kinesiology, as well as a Masters of Health Science in Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Outside of work, you will likely find her enjoying the outdoors and exploring new coffee shops in Toronto.
