Eric has been an HR professional for about 12 years now, and independently consulting for a little over 2 of those. He currently specializes in supporting scaling businesses toward success, with a combination of data driven and inclusive HR solutions, design and systems thinking, strategic leadership, and tech-savviness. Eric has a degree in psychology and would be happy to nerd out about all things neuroscience!
