Lance is a Registered Social Worker with an Honours Bachelor of Social Work from York University and a Social Service Worker Diploma from Seneca College. His experience spans roles such as Job Developer with the YMCA of Toronto and Assistant Facilitator with Corbrook Awakening Abilities. Over the course of his career, Lance has dedicated more than 1,000 volunteer hours across various sectors, refining his skills and deepening his expertise. He is passionate about creating safe spaces and delivering exceptional service to those he supports. In his free time, Lance enjoys cooking, working out, and spending quality time with loved ones.
