Yra (she/her) is a compassionate and internationally trained mental health professional dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and other life concerns. She creates a warm, collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, build skills, develop coping strategies, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. Yra tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs, utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), client-centered and humanistic approaches, trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and queer-affirmative care. She is fluent in both English and Tagalog, offering her services in both languages to support a diverse range of clients. Outside of her work, Yra enjoys hiking, exploring nature parks and museums, playing computer games, staying active at the gym, and creating art through painting.
